Too Blessed To Be Stressed Cookbook by Debora M. Coty - my review

To Blessed to be Stressed Cookbook by Debora M. Coty is chock-full of great recipes that I can't wait to try out! Divided into four categories - Time Wise, Soul-Fed, Heart Healthy, and Company Happy with each section full of wonderful and EASY sounding recipes.

Time-Wise contains a recipe for Impossible Meat Pie which doesn't sound so impossible at all, can't wait to try this one pan dish.
In Soul-Fed there are several as well that sound so good - such as Pineapple Comfort Food. Who doesn't like comfort food? Or perhaps Apple Fries , and using one of my favorite fruits,Blueberry Delight!
Heart-Healthy contains recipes such as, Zippity-do-da Coleslaw and a Keep You Full Breakfast Bowl.
You will find plenty of recipes to keep your company happy in Company-Happy , with recipes such as Classy Ham Roll-Ups, Pit Stop Pie, and Just Shoot Me Snickers Cake.

I loved reading through this cookbook, and enjoyed the names of some of these recipes. Not sure what I want to try first, so many sounded yummy!  With Bible verses and chuckle breaks throughout leaving you with the feeling you are in a friend's kitchen sharing recipes, jokes and more.

I highly recommend this cookbook to anyone who, likes to read cookbooks, or likes to cook,  needs EASY, and FAST recipes. Recipes with blessings added in, you can't go wrong! Look for this cookbook on November 1, 2015 (just in time for the holidays)

I received an ARC (advanced reader's copy) of this book from Barbour Publishing and NetGallery in exchange for my honest review.
