Watch Your Back by Richard A. Deyo - my review

I jumped at the chance to read Watch Your Back by Richard A. Deyo. There isn't much I haven't read trying to understand more about back pain, such as degenerative disc, herniated disc, and spinal stenosis.

A very informative book for someone just diagnosed with some type of back pain to read. The author tells how over the past 20 years in the U.S. back problems have risen and how they have been treated.   Explains the different treatments that have been tried over the years, such as MRI's CT scans, TENS, surgeries, narcotics, physical therapy. And how they have or haven't help. I could understand most of what was written but at times felt that it was a bit to techy for non medical personnel to understand.

I received an ARC (advanced readers copy) of this book from Net Gallery in exchange for my honest review rather it be good or bad. Thank you.
